Existing rental agreements, cancelable within 6 month for own requirements. Because of the sale we didn't sign longterm rental agreements. The rental agreements could take over by the new owner. It's up to the new owner and his buisness planning to give longterm rental agreements to reduce costs or use the real estate 100% for own projects.
